There are six filings within the Leawood subdivision, and each filing has its own set of covenants (most are quite similar; Filing 6 has the most differences). If you do not know which filing you live in, you can check your deed, or you can find your filing number by an online search for your street address in the Jefferson County Assessor's Property Search.
